Topup Method
Before you can process payouts, you will need to allocate funds into your Durianpay account. There are three methods to top up your account:
1. Payment via Durianpay which is settled to your Durianpay balance
When you are onboarded to Durianpay, you can decide whether you want the fund to be settled to your bank account or Durianpay balance. In case that you opt the fund to be settled to Durianpay balance, your balance will be credited according to the settled amount for that day. All of the process will be running from Durianpay end only, so you can send pay outs without additional steps.
2. Unique Amount Bank Transfer
Unique Amount Bank Transfer is a top-up method that uses a unique code identifier to track and verify the source of the transfer. The system matches this unique code with the original initiator of the top-up to ensure accurate identification of the payment origin.
General Steps:
- Choose the bank you wish to use for the top-up and enter the amount you want to transfer.
- The system will generate and display the following details:
- Bank account number
- Bank account name
- Instructed transfer amount: This amount consists of your original top-up amount plus a unique code generated by the system. For example:
- Original top-up amount: IDR 100,000
- Unique code generated: 50
- Instructed transfer amount: IDR 100,050
- Transfer the instructed amount (original top-up amount + unique code) to the provided bank account. Your balance will be updated within 1–5 minutes.
3. Virtual Account/ VA Static Transfer
Virtual Account is a unique, temporary bank account number assigned to a customer for specific transactions, often used for payments or top-ups
General Steps:
- When you select a bank for the top-up, the system will generate a static Virtual Account (VA) number specific to that bank.
- You can transfer any amount you wish to the generated VA number.
- Once the transfer is completed, your balance will be updated within 1–5 minutes.
How to Topup via Unique Amount Bank Transfer

You can access topup menu via topup button in Disbursement Page or Balance Page

Once you enter Topup Page, Choose the bank you wish to use for the top-up

If the topup method is unique amount transfer, system will show topup amount. Specify the amount and click continue.

Instructed Transfer amount will show. Please transfer according to the unique amount (if you transfer with incorrect amount there will be delay on the topup process and you need to raise manually to our support team)

Balance will be updated with your topup amount after 1-5 minutes.
Notes: Some of the top-up destination banks do not support late night top-up. This will also be notified in the dashboard when you are trying to top-up during cut-off period. The fund will be processed after the bank cut-off time. However, once the balance is ready you can disburse 24/7 anytime and anywhere.
