Implementing these essentials enhances transparency for your customers and ensures your business aligns with Durianpay's compliance requirements and industry standards, making transactions more secure and reliable.

  • General Features and Information

    • Website’s security
      Ensure the website URL uses HTTPS, which signifies a secure and safe browsing environment for customers
    • Language
      The website must be available in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English to accommodate a broader audience
    • Company Profile
      Background information about the company, mission, values, and goals
    • Contact Information
      Provide clear and accurate business contact details, including:
      • Phone number
      • Email address
      • Physical business address (ideally matching the registered address on NIB)
  • Registration Flow
    Implement a sign-up or verification process before customers can proceed with transactions to ensure user authenticity

  • Clear Product Descriptions

    • Detailed Descriptions
      Each product or service must have a clear, detailed, and accurate description, including:
      • Key features and benefits
      • Specifications or relevant details
      • Language that is clear and easy to understand
    • For physical goods, include:
      • Multiple high-quality images showcasing different angles
      • Information on material, color, size, and other essential details
    • Customer Feedback:
      Provide a customer review and rating section for each product, featuring genuine feedback to build trust and credibility

    • Market-Based Pricing:
      Ensure pricing is competitive and aligns with current market standards
    • Currency Localization:
      • For Indonesian customers, prices must be displayed in IDR (Rupiah)
