For a smooth KYB verification, your website needs certain elements like clear product descriptions, visible policies, and secure payment practices. Implementing these essentials enhances transparency for your customers and ensures your business aligns with Durianpay's compliance requirements and industry standards, making transactions more secure and reliable.

  • General Features and Information

    • Website’s security
      Ensure the website URL uses HTTPS, which signifies a secure and safe browsing environment for customers
    • Language
      The website must be available in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English to accommodate a broader audience
    • Company Profile
      Background information about the company, mission, values, and goals
    • Contact Information
      Provide clear and accurate business contact details, including:
      • Phone number
      • Email address
      • Physical business address (ideally matching the registered address on NIB)

  • Registration Flow
    Implement a sign-up or verification process before customers can proceed with transactions to ensure user authenticity

  • Clear Product Descriptions

    • Detailed Descriptions
      Each product or service must have a clear, detailed, and accurate description, including:
      • Key features and benefits
      • Specifications or relevant details
      • Language that is clear and easy to understand
    • For physical goods, include:
      • Multiple high-quality images showcasing different angles
      • Information on material, color, size, and other essential details
    • Customer Feedback:
      Provide a customer review and rating section for each product, featuring genuine feedback to build trust and credibility

  • Fair Pricing that Matches Product/Service Value

    • Market-Based Pricing:
      Ensure pricing is competitive and aligns with current market standards
    • Currency Localization:
      • For Indonesian customers, prices must be displayed in IDR (Rupiah)
      • If selling internationally, implement region-based pricing to adjust prices according to the customer’s country and currency

  • Checkout Process

    • User-Friendly Experience:
      Design a quick and intuitive checkout process with ideally 2-3 steps
    • Shipping Information:
      Make shipping details simple to fill out, offer various shipping options, and enable order tracking after purchase
    • Cart Review:
      Allow customers to:
      • Review and edit their cart before finalizing the purchase
      • See a clear cost breakdown, including taxes, discounts, and shipping fees

  • Payment Method Options
    Even if you have not integrated with any Payment Gateways (PGs), you can input the payment method like manual transfer to your bank account

      State the terms under which customers can cancel subscriptions and/or reservations
