Durianpay offers a comprehensive suite of reports to give you complete insight into your payments, pay outs, and settlements. Here’s a guide to the types of reports available, how to get them, and what to do in case of any discrepancies.

How to Download Reports

Durianpay’s dashboard makes it easy to export reports for reconciliation. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to download your reports:

Log In to Your Account: Access your Durianpay account using your credentials.
Navigate to the Desired Page: Go to the relevant page in the dashboard, such as Orders, Payments, Settlements, or Pay Out.
Select Export: On the page, click the Export button to start the report generation process.
Apply Date Filters: Choose the date range for the report to ensure you’re exporting the relevant data.
Confirm Export: Click Export again to confirm your selection. You will be redirected to the Exports page, where you can monitor the status of your export.
Download Report: Once the export is complete, a Download button will appear. Click Download to access your report.

Handling Mismatches or Discrepancies

If you identify any mismatches or discrepancies in your reports, you can reach out to your dedicated account manager for support.
