Subaccount Types
Durianpay provides businesses with flexible subaccount options to streamline payment management and cater to different operational needs. Below, we outline the two types of subaccounts available and their key features to help you decide which option best fits your business requirements.
1. Managed Subaccount
The Managed Subaccount is designed for businesses that require complete operational independence and branding flexibility.
Key Features
- Custom Branding: Your customers will see your business name on provider-controlled payment methods, such as QRIS and e-wallets, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Segregated Data: All transactions and data are fully independent of the master account, giving you clarity in reporting and reconciliation.
- Additional Documentation: More documents are required during onboarding compared to Owned Subaccounts to support your standalone setup.
2. Owned Subaccount
The Owned Subaccount offers a faster onboarding process and quicker time to go-live while maintaining operational efficiency and data clarity.
Key Features
- Shared Branding: Provider-controlled payment methods, like QRIS or e-wallets, will display the master account’s name, ensuring a consistent setup.
- Faster Onboarding: Fewer documents are required, allowing for quicker and easier setup.
- Segregated Data: Each subaccount still has its own Durianpay merchant account, ensuring independent reporting and transaction data.
